What to expect over your 21 days. . .

6 Small Group Personal Training Sessions

The best way to train: with a small group of like minded people (max 5 others) and one expert coach. All the workouts are tailored to you, with the overall goal in mind of strength, muscle tone, core strength and mobility.

Unlimited Fitness Classes

The perfect complement to our Small Group Training sessions, our fitness classes have more of an aerobic element than SGPT, still delivered at your own pace, ticking that necessary box of working your heart and lungs.

1-2-1 Support

Throughout your 21 Days you'll have an assigned coach checking in with you. They'll make sure you're in the right sessions for your goals, be there to answer any questions and make sure you get the absolute best from our PT Challenge.

Expert Coaching

Every session you do is with an expert coach, not a newly qualified gym instructor. We'll tailor the workouts to your goals and experience, as well as accommodate any injuries you may have.
