What to expect over your 21 days. . .

Small Group Personal Training

The best way to train: with a small group of like minded people (max 5 others) and one expert coach. All the workouts are tailored to you, with the overall goal in mind of strength, muscle tone, core strength and mobility.

Fitness Classes

The perfect complement to our Small Group Training sessions, our fitness classes have more of an aerobic element than SGPT, still delivered at your own pace, ticking that necessary box of working your heart and lungs.

1-2-1 Support

Throughout your 21 Days you'll have an assigned coach checking in with you. They'll make sure you're in the right sessions for your goals, be there to answer any questions and make sure you get the absolute best from our PT Challenge.

Expert Coaching

Every session you do is with an expert coach, not a newly qualified gym instructor. We'll tailor the workouts to your goals and experience as well as accomodating any injuries you may have

1-2-1 Fitness Assessment

Stretch/recovery sessions

We know that you get fitter and stronger while you're recovering. For this reason we not only run sessions to help with this, but everyone also gets a protein shake after every workout.

What is SGPT? 

Small Group Personal Training is a great way to reach your fitness goals without having to do it alone! In groups of 1-6 you’ll have a set focus for the session, working both individually and as a team to reach goals and smash the workout! 

What do I get with the trial?

Within your trial you’ll get a 1-2-1 strategy session to discuss your goals and needs, 8 SGPT sessions, unlimited Fitness Classes and all the individual support you need along the way.

How many sessions can I attend? 

We recommend attending 2-3 sessions per week, this way you'll build up your gym confidence as well as your fitness. We'll work at a pace that's right for you so you get the most from your trial. 

What if I've never trained before? 

That’s okay. Our experienced trainers will tailor your workout to be exactly what you need. The way the sessions run means no matter what your experience, you get a great workout.

How much does it cost? 

Your 21-day trial is only £179!

What happens after the trial? 

Well, hopefully you want to stay with us!😃  But don’t worry, there’s no commitment after your 21 days is over. If you choose to stay, we can talk you through our membership options to ensure you pick one that’s best suited to you.
